Today afternoon my stomach craved for Quiznos and therefore I went to a nearby Quiznos to treat my stomach with a sub. Little did I know that I was in for a surprize! Quiznos launched a reward program (see Reward Card in the picture). Six entrèes will get you one free entrèe!!! This is not it, a “text” to 80565 will make you a Q-Club member. Q-Club members will be entitled to ezclusive offers.
This loyalty program is by no means a revolutionary idea (we’ve seen such a program since long), but the thing that makes me even think about this is the brand’s intent to add value by offering an incentive for repeat purchase at a time when utmost importance has shifted to the derived value of expenditure.
